There are two ways to notify a user when creating a new task:

  • by checking the box "notify this task by email": the users assigned to the task will receive an email to inform them that a new task has been created, with its description, the name of the piece of equipment, its photo and the expected date of the intervention;

  • by assigning a user to the task, the task will appear automatically in his task list on the home page, and they will see a notification in Mobility Work
